A bridge from the cushion to everyday life

Mindfulness often begins in sitting meditation. The hope is to carry that sense of presence into everyday life, but it's easy to forget. Cupunapa™ is that bridge from the cushion to everyday life. You play a soft game of solitaire, and playful watercolor cats invite you into mindfulness: A pause… notice your jaw. Soften as you exhale. As you bring mindfulness into your solitaire break, it can become easier to carry that sense of ease into other parts of your day.

Mindful Solitaire is designed to take the pressure off, to bring some ease. While most apps use rewards and other pressures to keep you engaged, this one has no streaks, no scores, and no guilt.

What it's like to play

Mindfulness, through play

Playful watercolor cats offer small invitations to notice your body and your breath as you play.

No pressure

No streaks, no scores, no timers, and no guilt. Just a break, a bit of ease and playfulness.

Sounds that calm

Nature sounds like rain, ocean and birdsong. Choices of music tracks by Cassie Emmott, Christian Hardy, and Erin and Cody Flory Robertson.

Welcoming everyone

Designed to work with screen readers (VoiceOver and NVDA) and keyboards, with a left-handed layout and larger cards.

No ads, no accounts, no tracking, and no subscription. It works fully offline, on a plane, in the mountains, in a waiting room.
